Privacy Notice
CRAFT collects only the information visitors choose to provide through its contact, Depository registration, and contribution forms.
Information submitted
Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organization, professional role, message, contribution details, and reference links.
How the information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, understand interest in CRAFT, provide browser-level access to full Depository records, and review proposed corrections or additions. Depository contributions are researched and reviewed; they are not published automatically.
Form processing
Depository registrations and CRAFT Advisory excerpt requests are stored in CRAFT’s contact list with Brevo, an email and contact-management service. CRAFT sends you updates only if you tick the optional box, and every update includes an unsubscribe link. Contact messages and technique suggestions are received through Formspree, which also delivers notification emails; Formspree may also be used for registrations if Brevo is unavailable.
Bot protection
CRAFT uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile performs browser-based security checks and provides a verification token; it does not receive the content entered into CRAFT’s form fields from this website.
Depository access on your device
Depository access is currently remembered in your browser’s local storage. It is not a password-protected user account and does not synchronize automatically across devices or browsers. Clearing browser data removes that saved access.
Sharing and publication
CRAFT does not automatically publish contact details or contribution submissions. Information may be reviewed for research and correspondence purposes. CRAFT does not sell submitted personal information.
